Welcome to the Department of Environmental Protection and Control at the Vocational School of Technical Sciences, University of Kyrenia!

Our mission is to educate environmental professionals equipped with knowledge, skills, and awareness to protect our natural environment, promote the principles of sustainability, and contribute to leaving a more liveable world for future generations.

We believe that environmental challenges can be addressed not only through technical solutions but also through social awareness. For this reason, our curriculum focuses on topics such as climate change, biodiversity conservation, waste management, water and air quality, renewable energy, and environmental ethics.
